Shipping & returns

Payment

Orders on this site are paid through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Pretty Cover Co never sees or stores your card details. Items are also available through our Etsy shop, where Etsy handles payment.

Processing time

DIY kits and in-stock accessories usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Finished bedazzled books and custom pieces are made to order; the timeframe is agreed in your quote before you pay, and typically runs 2 to 4 weeks depending on the design. Pre-order items show their expected ship date on the product page.

Shipping

Orders ship from Raleigh, NC via USPS with tracking, and you'll receive the tracking number by email when your order is on its way. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns and exchanges

Unopened DIY kits and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Because finished bedazzled books and custom pieces are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, reply to your receipt email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Sales tax

Sales tax is collected at checkout where required by law.
